A site analysis is carried out and a design brief developed on which to base the overall concept and design.This will be the result of detailed talks about the function of the garden, preferences, environmental and landscape restrictions, orientation, local weather conditions and your  wish list of plants and features

Once the design brief has been agreed, you are presented drawings incorporating the outline design of the plan, a scaled sketch plan, perspective drawings and a colour mood board with a range of images of features, finishes, lighting  and planting.

Detailed construction drawings and specifications will be drawn up including setting out plans, technical drawings and specifications for materials on which the landscape contractor can base quotations.

A detailed planting plan is drawn up to show placement of plant varieties, numbers, spacing, a planting schedule & a detailed maintenance plan. If the contract is going out to tender to a range of landscape contractors, full tender documentation will be prepared and managed on your behalf.

The project will be managed to completion by myself or my project manager.
